Greg is a project executive and commercial leader with extensive and diverse government, not for profit/for-purpose and private sector experience. He has devoted his attention to projects and organisations that are focused on community and social outcomes.
Building flourishing communities is Greg’s passion and a hallmark of the executive leadership roles he held across all sectors prior to starting his own consultancy firm. That passion is now the force behind everything Lake Advisory does. Approaching every project with the determination to achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders, Greg draws on his vast governance, research, policy, engagement, and ethical management experience to ensure all work is done with the highest integrity.
Director - Operations and Governance
Natasha drives operational reviews, commissioning frameworks, and governance structures that help organisations adapt to changing demands. She ensures service delivery remains responsive, accountable, and community-focused by combining evidence-based methods with stakeholder collaboration.
Working across diverse sectors, Natasha guides clients through complex reform and transition processes, supporting the development of sustainable, meaningful outcomes. Her approach integrates human rights considerations with robust strategic planning, strengthening organisational integrity and long-term impact. Natasha’s experience spans government, not-for-profit, and infrastructure settings, offering a broad perspective on optimising governance and delivering tangible value.
Beyond her professional role, she volunteers on a number of Boards, including as Chair of the Armidale Women’s Shelter—one of New South Wales’ longest-standing independent shelters—reflecting her deep commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and fostering positive social change.
